Supply Chain Member(s) definition

Supply Chain Member(s) means any party (except WEPCo or a Project Service Provider) to a Supply Chain Agreement;
Supply Chain Member(s) means any sub-contractor or supplier of any tier appointed by or on behalf of any Partner and any supplier, contractor and/or consultant appointed by or on behalf of the MoJ; Term has the meaning given at clause 2.1;

Examples of Supply Chain Member(s) in a sentence

  • The Employer, the Contractor and the subcontractor or Supply Chain Member shall execute the Additional Party Agreement as soon as practicable following the appointment of any such additional subcontractors or Supply Chain Members.

  • WEPCo is responsible for ensuring the performance by the Supply Chain Members of their obligations under the relevant Supply Chain Agreements.

  • Supply Chain Management All aspects of supply chain management, from the initial sourcing phase through customer delivery (e.g., procurement, sourcing management, inventory management, catalog management, ordering/purchasing, invoice tracking, storefront/shopping cart, warehouse management, returns management, logistics/transportation).

  • Supply Chain means the individuals and organisations who will be responsible for any of the design and/or construction of the Works as set out in the Schedule of Supply Chain Members;
