Subordinated Transferor Collections definition

Subordinated Transferor Collections for a Loan Group and Payment Date means interest collections and principal collections from the Mortgage Loans in that Loan Group allocable to the portion of the related Allocated Transferor Interest not in excess of the Available Transferor Subordinated Amount for that Loan Group and Payment Date.
Subordinated Transferor Collections means interest collections from the Mortgage Loans and principal collections allocable to the Transferor Interest (but not in excess of the Available Transferor Subordinated Amount).
Subordinated Transferor Collections means for any Payment Date the Principal Collections allocated to be paid with respect to the Transferor Interest to the holders of the Certificates pursuant to the Trust Agreement.

More Definitions of Subordinated Transferor Collections

Subordinated Transferor Collections for any Payment Date means the sum of the Interest Collections that are not Investor Interest Collections on the Payment Date and the Transferor Principal Collections for the period up to the Available Transferor Subordinated Amount for the Payment Date.
Subordinated Transferor Collections means for any Payment Date and a Loan Group the Principal Collections from that Loan Group allocated to be paid with respect to the related Allocated Transferor Interest to the holders of the Certificates pursuant to the Trust Agreement.

  • Available Investor Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) an amount equal to the Principal Allocation Percentage of all Collections of Principal Receivables received during such Monthly Period, plus (b) the amount of Miscellaneous Payments, if any, for such Monthly Period that are allocated to Series 2002-CC pursuant to Section 4.03 of the Agreement, plus (c) any Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Series that are allocated to Series 2002-CC in accordance with Section 4.04 of the Agreement and Section 4.04 hereof.
