SUBI Servicing Agreement definition

SUBI Servicing Agreement means the Basic Servicing Agreement, dated as of August 30, 1995, between the Vehicle Trust, BMW LP and BMW Financial Services NA, LLC (“BMW FS”), as servicer, as supplemented by the Servicing Supplement, dated as of September 23, 2010, among the Vehicle Trust, BMW LP, and BMW FS, as servicer.
