Student Trust definition

Student Trust means the trust established pursuant to the Combined Plan and Disclosure Statement, for the benefit of Holders of Allowed Student Claims and Allowed Government Education Claims, as more fully described in Section X of this Combined Plan and Disclosure Statement.

  • All compensation for the Student Trustee shall be paid from the Student Trust Operating Reserve, in accordance with the Student Trust Agreement.

  • relevant trust means a trust established out of funds provided by the Secretary of State in respect of persons who suffered, or who are suffering, from variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease for the benefit of persons eligible for payments in accordance with its provisions;

  • Lead Securitization Trust means the Securitization Trust created in connection with the Lead Securitization.

  • PFPC Trust means PFPC Trust Company or a subsidiary or affiliate of PFPC Trust Company.

  • Real Estate Investment Trust means that term as defined under section 856 of the internal revenue code.

  • Non-Lead Securitization Trust means the Securitization Trust into which any Non-Lead Securitization Note is deposited.

  • Owner Trust means the trust created by this Agreement.

  • First trust means a trust over which an authorized fiduciary may exercise the decanting power.

  • student loan means a loan towards a student's maintenance pursuant to any regulations made under section 22 of the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998, section 73 of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980 or Article 3 of the Education (Student Support) (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 and includes, in Scotland, a young student's bursary paid under regulation 4(1)(c) of the Students’ Allowances (Scotland) Regulations 2007.

  • Grantor Trust means a Trust other than a RIC.

  • Sub-Trust has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(b) of the Titling Trust Agreement.

  • Academy Trust shall include any company in which the Academy Trust: • holds more than 50% of the shares; or • controls more than 50% of the voting rights attached to the shares; or • has the right to appoint one or more directors to the board of the company.

  • Master Trust means Citibank Credit Card Master Trust I.

  • Income trust means a trust or an entity, including corporate and non-corporate entities, the securities of which entitle the holder to net cash flows generated by an underlying business or income-producing properties owned through the trust or by the entity;

  • Liquidating Trust means the liquidating trust maintained by the Trustee holding the Trust Assets of the Partnership, identified as the "PLM Equipment Growth Fund III Liquidating Trust"; also referred to herein as the "Trust."

  • Master Trust Trustee means the entity acting as trustee under the applicable Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • Special needs trust means a trust the trustee believes would not be considered a resource for purposes of determining whether a beneficiary with a disability is eligible for governmental benefits.
