Stockholder Servicing Fee definition

Stockholder Servicing Fee shall have the meaning set forth in the Charter.
Stockholder Servicing Fee means the stockholder servicing fee payable to the Dealer Manager and reallowable to soliciting dealers with respect to Class T Common Shares, Class S Common Shares, Class D Common Shares, and any other class of Common Shares for which such fee is payable, as described in the Prospectus.
