Stock Exchange Policies definition

Stock Exchange Policies means the rules and policies of the Stock Exchange, as amended from time to time, including, if applicable, the TSX Company Manual as amended from time to time; and
Stock Exchange Policies means the policies of the TSX, the TSXV, or any other stock exchange on which the Shares are then listed for trading, as applicable;
Stock Exchange Policies means the rules and policies of the Stock Exchange, as amended from time to time;

  • Alternative Stock Exchange means at any time, in the case of the Ordinary Shares, if they are not at that time listed and traded on the ASX, the principal stock exchange or securities market on which the Ordinary Shares are then listed or quoted or dealt in;

  • London Stock Exchange means London Stock Exchange plc;

  • New York Stock Exchange means the New York Stock Exchange, Inc.

  • NYSE MKT means the NYSE MKT LLC.

  • Nasdaq Rules means the rules of NASDAQ;

  • AMEX means the American Stock Exchange.
