In addition, for so long as the Notes are admitted to trading on the Global Exchange Market, the Issuer shall publish notice of the change in the Registrar or Paying Agent to the extent and in the manner permitted by the rules and regulations of the Irish Stock Exchange, posted on the official website of the Irish Stock Exchange.
