Relevant Stock Exchange definition

Relevant Stock Exchange for the Fund means the primary exchange or quotation system on which shares (or other applicable securities) of the Fund are traded, as determined by the Calculation Agent.
Relevant Stock Exchange means The New York Stock Exchange or, if the Common Stock is not then listed on The New York Stock Exchange, the principal other U.S. national or regional securities exchange on which the Common Stock (or any other security) is then listed.
Relevant Stock Exchange any stock exchange on which ETP Securities of a Series may be listed.
