Examples of Sterling Equity Awards in a sentence

  • As of the date of this Agreement, except as set forth in the immediately preceding sentence and for changes since April 18, 2021 resulting from the exercise, vesting or settlement of any Sterling Equity Awards described in the immediately preceding sentence, there are no other shares of capital stock or other equity or voting securities of Sterling issued, reserved for issuance or outstanding.

  • Company Equity Awards means the Company Options and the Company RSUs.
