Phantom Stock Units definition

Phantom Stock Units means the units of Phantom stock credited to the holder of a Phantom Stock Award, each of which units shall be a fictitious share of common stock which is the equivalent of one Share.

Phantom Stock Units means an award under the Long-term Incentive Plan to a Participant of a number of hypothetical share units with respect to shares of Common Stock. See, for example, the definitions of “Career Share Unit,” above, and “Restricted Stock Unit,” below.

Phantom Stock Units means the number of Phantom Stock Units equal to the Award Target, calculated by dividing the Award Target amount by the closing price of the Company’s Common Stock, as of the day immediately prior to the date the Award is granted.
