Statistical Release definition

Statistical Release means the statistical release designated “H.15(519)” or any successor publication which is published weekly by the Federal Reserve and which reports yields on actively traded United States government securities adjusted to constant maturities or, if such statistical release is not published at the time of any determination under the Indenture, then such other reasonably comparable index which shall be designated by the Company.

• If Federal Reserve Statistical Release H.15 (519) is no longer published, the Certificate Administrator shall select a comparable publication as the source of the applicable yields of U.S. Treasury constant maturities.

• The interest rate shall be computed based on the yield of 10-year United States Treasury maturities as reported by the Federal Reserve Board in "Federal Reserve Statistical Release H.15" plus 1-1/2% rounded to the nearest one-eighth percent (1/8%) as of the date of bid acceptance.

Statistical Release means the statistical release designated "H.15(519)" (or any successor publication which is published weekly by the Federal Reserve System and which establishes yields on actively traded United States Treasury fixed interest rate securities adjusted to constant maturities) or, if such statistical release is not published at the time of any determination hereunder, then such other reasonably comparable index which shall be designated by the holders of at least 66-2/3% in aggregate principal amount of the Notes at the time outstanding.

Statistical Release means the then most recently published statistical release designated "H.15(519)" or any successor publication which is published weekly by the Federal Reserve System and which establishes yields on actively traded U.S. Government Securities adjusted to constant maturities or, if such statistical release is not published at the time of any determination hereunder, then such other reasonably comparable index which shall be designated by the holders of 66-2/3% in aggregate principal amount of Bonds then Outstanding.

Statistical Release. ’ means that statistical release designated ‘‘H.15’’ or any successor publication published daily by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and which establishes yields on actively traded U.S. Treasury securities adjusted to constant maturity, or, if such release (or any successor publication) is no longer published at the time of any calculation under the Indenture, then such other reasonably comparable index the Company designates.

Statistical Release means the statistical release designated “H.15” or any successor publication which is published daily by the Federal Reserve System and which establishes yields on actively traded United States government securities adjusted to constant maturities or, if such statistical release (or any successor publication) is not published at the time of any determination under the Indenture, then any publicly available source of similar market data used for this purpose in accordance with customary market practice which shall be designated by the Company. The Company shall not be required to make sinking fund or redemption payments with respect to the Notes. In the event of redemption of this Security in part only, a new Note or Notes and of like tenor for the unredeemed portion hereof will be issued in the name of the Holder hereof upon the cancellation hereof.
