Data Download Program definition

Data Download Program means the interactive electronic interface made available by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System or any successor information system.
Data Download Program means the electronic database of statistical data maintained by the Board of Governors of the U.S. Federal Reserve System and available, as of the date of original issuance of the Notes, on the Internet at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/datadownload/.
