Market Data. Client acknowledges that Agent may provide real-time or delayed quotations and other market information and messages (“Market Data”), which Market Data is provided to Agent by certain national securities exchanges and associations who assert a proprietary interest in Market Data disseminated by them but do not guarantee the timeliness, sequence, accuracy or completeness thereof. Client agrees and acknowledges that Agent shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage arising from or occasioned by any inaccuracy, error, delay in, omission of, or interruption in any Market Data or the transmission thereof.
Market Data. Client acknowledges that Mellon may provide real-time or delayed quotations and other market information and messages ("Market Data"), which Market Data is provided to Mellon by certain national securities exchanges and associations who assert a proprietary interest in Market Data disseminated by them but do not guarantee the timeliness, sequence, accuracy or completeness thereof. Client agrees and acknowledges that Mellon shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage arising from or occasioned by any inaccuracy, error, delay in, omission of, or interruption in any Market Data or the transmission thereof.
Market Data. All statistical or market-related data included in the Registration Statement and the Prospectus are based on or derived from sources that the Company reasonably and in good faith believes to be reliable and accurate.
Market Data. 11.1. The Trading Platform may display market data and other purely factual information (“Market Data”). The Client acknowledges and agrees that where the Trading Platform displays Market Data –
Market Data. Zero Hash may make certain information and research data, including historical market information available to you through the Platform or Zero Hash System, as applicable (“Market Data”). Market Data may be provided through third-party providers and may be updated at different time intervals, and accordingly, quotes, news, research data, market information and the various trade status reports, including intraday updates of balances and positions information and may differ due to the different Market Data and sources and their update intervals. Any such Market Data is provided as-is and for informational purposes only. Zero Hash makes no representation as to the accuracy or completeness of any Market Data. Further, Market Data may represent aggregated data from across multiple third-party trading venues and does not necessarily represent the prices of any asset as made available by Zero Hash or ZH Liquidity. Your reliance on any Market Data is at your sole discretion. The provision of Market Data relating to any asset shall not be considered Zero Hash’s, or its affiliates, endorsement of any such asset. You understand and agree that past performance of any asset is not indicative of future performance. You shall not decompile or redistribute any Market Data.
Market Data. Client agrees that its use of data made available to it through the Trading Platform’s application programming interface(s), which may include the prices and quantities of orders and transactions executed on Trading Platform (collectively “Market Data”), is subject to the Market Data Terms of Use, as amended and updated from time to time at hxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx/market_data or a successor website.
Market Data. Robinhood may choose to make certain market data available to Me pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. By executing this Agreement, I agree to comply with those terms and conditions.
Market Data. Sponsor may provide you with market data, or access to data relating to securities and securities markets. Sponsor does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of such information, nor does it imply any warranty of any kind regarding the market data. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or regulatory compliance of the representations, disclosures and other information contained in any material or information supplied to Sponsor and authorized for use by Envestnet or any third party prior to dissemination for use as or in marketing, including performance marketing, sales literature, contracts, forms and other documents relating to Program Accounts.
Market Data. 13.1 The Client understands that the Exchange asserts a proprietary interest in all of the market data it furnishes, directly or through the Trading Member or otherwise. The Client understands that the Exchange does not guarantee the timeliness, sequence, accuracy or completeness of market data or any other market information, or any messages disseminated by it. Neither the Trading Member nor the Exchange shall be liable in any way for incorrect, misleading, incomplete or dated data or information and, if the Client acts on the basis of the same, he shall do so at his own risk and cost.
Market Data. The statistical and market-related data included or incorporated by reference in the Time of Sale Information and the Offering Memorandum are based on or derived from sources that the Issuers believe to be reliable in all material respects.
