State tax information definition

State tax information means all records of the Department relating to particular taxpayers, including returns, return information, letters of advice, technical assistance advisements, large currency transaction reports, and investigative reports which are subject to the disclosure provisions of Section 213.053, F.S., and does not include federal tax information furnished to the Department by the Internal Revenue Service.
State tax information means any tax report or return or any other official filing with the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance (State) furnished to the Department by the State.

  • State tax information must not appear (be visible) on the federal tax return or associated form or schedule which is filed with the IRS, except where amounts are claimed on or required by the federal return, e.g., state and local income taxes, Schedule A (Form 1040).

  • No work involving Federal or State tax information furnished under this TO Agreement will be subcontracted without prior written approval of the State.

Related to State tax information

  • Tax Information means information and/or properly completed and signed tax certifications sufficient to eliminate the imposition of or to determine the amount of any withholding of tax, including FATCA Withholding Tax.

  • Income Tax Returns means all Tax Returns relating to Income Taxes.

  • Income Tax Expense means for Borrower and its Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis for any period, all state and federal income taxes (including without limitation Texas franchise taxes) paid or due to be paid during such period.

  • Income Tax Return means any return, declaration, report, claim for refund, or information return or statement relating to Income Taxes, including any schedule or attachment thereto, and including any amendment thereof.

  • State Information Commission means the State Information Commission constituted under sub-section (1) of section 15;

  • Noteholder Tax Identification Information means, with respect to any Noteholder or Note Owner, properly completed and signed tax certifications (generally, in the case of U.S. federal income tax, IRS Form W-9 (or applicable successor form) in the case of a person that is a “United States person” within the meaning of Section 7701(a)(30) of the Code or the appropriate IRS Form W-8 (or applicable successor form) in the case of a person that is not a “United States person” within the meaning of Section 7701(a)(30) of the Code).

  • Tax Returns The federal income tax return on Internal Revenue Service Form 1066, U.S. Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduit Income Tax Return, including Schedule Q thereto, Quarterly Notice to Residual Interest Holders of the REMIC Taxable Income or Net Loss Allocation, or any successor forms, to be filed by the Trustee on behalf of each REMIC, together with any and all other information reports or returns that may be required to be furnished to the Certificateholders or filed with the Internal Revenue Service or any other governmental taxing authority under any applicable provisions of federal, state or local tax laws.

  • Tax roll means a permanent record of the taxes charged on property, as extended

  • Identification Information means, for an individual - the passport/ID information specified while the Client Registration.

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • Private information means **personal information in combination with any one or more of the following data elements, when either the personal information or the data element is not encrypted or encrypted with an encryption key that has also been acquired:

  • Tax Package shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.5.

  • Tax Items shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.A.

  • Combined Tax Return means a Tax Return filed in respect of U.S. federal, state, local or non-U.S. income Taxes for a Combined Group, or any other affiliated, consolidated, combined, unitary, fiscal unity or other group basis (including as permitted by Section 1501 of the Code) Tax Return of a Combined Group.

  • Base Tax Year means the property tax levy year used

  • Tax area means a geographic area created by the overlapping boundaries of one or more taxing entities.

The term "real property tax" shall also include any tax, fee, levy, assessment or charge (i) in substitution of, partially or totally, any tax, fee, levy, assessment or charge hereinabove included within the definition of "real property tax," or (ii) the nature of which was hereinbefore included within the definition of "real property tax," or (iii) which is imposed for a service or right not charged prior to June 1, 1978, or, if previously charged, has been increased since June 1, 1978, or (iv) which is imposed as a result of a transfer, either partial or total, of Lessor's interest in the Premises or which is added to a tax or charge hereinbefore included within the definition of real property tax by reason of such transfer, or (v) which is imposed by reason of this transaction, any modifications or changes hereto, or any transfers hereof.
