State of disaster definition

State of disaster means an executive order or proclamation that activates the disaster response and recovery aspects of the state, local, and interjurisdictional emergency operations plans applicable to the counties or municipalities affected.
State of disaster means a declaration of executive order or proclamation by the Governor under the provisions of Act 390, Public Acts of 1976, which activates the disaster response and recovery aspects of state, county, local, and Interjurisdictional disaster emergency plans and authorizes the deployment and use of any forces to which the plan or plans apply.
State of disaster means the period designated by the Texas Governor’s disaster declaration pursuant to Chapter 418 of the Government Code.
