Standby Servicing Agreement definition

Standby Servicing Agreement means the Standby Servicing, Administrative Agency and Cash Management Agreement dated as of July 17, 2000, among AerCo, debis Aircraft Leasing Limited, as Standby Servicer, and debis AirFinance B.V., as Guarantor, as amended from time to time.
