Standard Joint Use Pole definition

Standard Joint Use Pole means a forty-five (45) foot class 4 wooden pole if installed after 1977 or a thirty-five (35) foot pole if installed prior to 1978 which meets the requirements of the Code for support and clearance of electric supply and communications conductors now or hereafter used by either party in the conduct of its business. For the purpose of determining the date of installation, the birthmark of the pole shall be considered as sufficient evidence of the date of placement.

Examples of Standard Joint Use Pole in a sentence
