Staccato-Based Marketed Product definition

Staccato-Based Marketed Product means any approved and marketed Staccato-Based Product that is directly commercialized by, or licensed to a third party for commercialization by, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries. For the avoidance of doubt, (i) ADASUVE is a Staccato-Based Marketed Product and (ii) from such time as any Staccato-Based Product is first approved and marketed in any country, such Staccato-Based Product is a Staccato-Based Marketed Product with respect to such country (irrespective of whether it continues to be a Staccato-Based Product In Development with respect to any other country).
Staccato-Based Marketed Product means any approved and marketed Staccato-Based Product that is directly commercialized by, or licensed to a third party for commercialization by, Alexza or any of its subsidiaries (including ADASUVE). From such time as any Staccato-Based Product is first approved and marketed in any country, such Staccato-Based Product is a Staccato-Based Marketed Product with respect to such country (irrespective of whether it continues to be a Staccato-Based Product In Development with respect to any other country).
Staccato-Based Marketed Product means any approved and marketed Staccato-Based Product that is directly commercialized by, or licensed to a third party for commercialization by, Alexza or any of its subsidiaries

Related to Staccato-Based Marketed Product

  • Drug Product means a specific drug in dosage form from a known source of manufacture, whether

  • Diagnostic Product means any test or assay for diagnosing or detecting a disease, disorder, medical condition, or symptom.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Licensed Product means any pharmaceutical product containing a Licensed Compound (alone or with other active ingredients), in all forms, presentations, formulations and dosage forms.

  • Designated Products means products provided by Motorola to Licensee with which or for which the Software and Documentation is licensed for use.

  • Covered Products means Your Applications, Libraries, Passes, Safari Extensions, Safari Push Notifications, and/or FPS implementations developed under this Agreement.

  • Covered Product The consumer product that You purchased concurrently with and is covered by this Agreement.

  • Generic Product means a product which (a) contains as its active pharmaceutical ingredient a compound that is (or is substantially the same as) the Licensed Compound, and (b) has been placed on the market pursuant to a validly granted marketing authorization.

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.

  • Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.

  • Biosimilar Product means, with respect to a Licensed Product in any country, any biosimilar product sold by a Third Party not authorized by or on behalf of Celgene, its Affiliates or Sublicensees, (a) that is a biosimilar biological product, as defined in 21 USC 379j-51 (or any successor or replacement thereof), a similar biological medicinal product, as defined in Annex I to Directive 2001/83/EC (or any successor or replacement thereof), or any similar biosimilar or generic product under the Laws of any country or jurisdiction, or (b) regarding which Regulatory Approval is obtained by referencing Regulatory Data of such Licensed Product.

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • regulated product means a consumer product for which a VOC standard is specified in section 94509(a), and

  • Nicotine product means a product that contains nicotine and is not any of the following:

  • Competing Product means [***].

  • Manufactured end product means any end product in product and service codes (PSCs) 1000-9999, except—

  • Investment product means a financial instrument (within the meaning of Article 4(1)(15) of MiFID II) or a structured deposit (within the meaning of Article 4(1)(43) of MiFID II).
