Sponsorship Donation definition

Sponsorship Donation means other monies contributed to the Fund from sources other than specific contributions from the affiliated sporting organisations and the Council(s) and for a specific purpose, initiative or program which the Fund agrees to implement for the benefit of its Member Organisations.
Sponsorship Donation means the fee set out in the Sponsorship Package Offer.

  • Distribution System Code means the code approved by the Board which, among other things, establishes the obligations of the distributor with respect to the services and terms of service to be offered to customers and retailers and provides minimum, technical operating standards of distribution systems;

  • Distributor / Distribution Company means Company(ies), Firm(s), Sole Proprietorship concern(s), individual(s), Banks or any other Financial Institution appointed by the Management Company under intimation to the Trustee for performing any or all of the Distribution Functions and who are registered with MUFAP as Registered Service Providers. The Management Company may itself also performs the Distribution Function.
