Distribution System means a system connected to the IESO-controlled grid fordistributing Electricity at voltages of 50 kilovolts or less, and includes any structures, equipment or other things used for that purpose, provided that a Distribution System shall be deemed not to include any equipment controlled by the IESO pursuant to the Distribution System Code.
