Specified Rate Loan definition

Specified Rate Loan means a loan that bears interest at a rate per annum equal to (a) the Federal Funds Rate plus the Applicable Margin specified for Revolving Credit Loans or (b) such other rate as may be agreed between the Company and the Swing Line Lenders.
Specified Rate Loan means a loan that bears interest at a rate per annum equal to (a) the Federal Funds Rate plus the Applicable Margin specified for Eurocurrency Rate Revolving Credit Loans or (b) such other rate as may be agreed between the Company and the Swing Line Lenders.
Specified Rate Loan means a loan that bears interest at a rate per annum equal to (x) the Federal Funds Rate plus the Applicable Margin specified for Eurocurrency Rate Revolving Credit Loans or (y) such other rate as may be agreed between the Company and the Swing Line Lenders.
