Specifiche significheranno la funzionalità del Software come illustrate nella descrizione del Prodotto e nelle eventuali funzioni xx xxxxx fornite in formato elettronico o cartaceo da Leica Geosystems unitamente al Software. “Specificato Ambiente Computer” significherà il computer o l’ambiente del server definito nella descrizione del Prodotto, richiesto per un adeguato funzionamento del Software. “Aggiornamenti” significheranno il software che corregga errori nel Software o che, senza alcun obbligo contrattuale nel presente contratto, migliori la funzionalità del Software fornendo ulteriori funzioni o altri miglioramenti nelle prestazioni.
