Examples of Special Terms Period in a sentence

  • The effectiveness of any change to the terms of the RVMTP Shares pursuant to the exercise by the Fund of its option to designate a Special Terms Period with respect to any Series of RVMTP Shares shall be subject to the filing of an amendment to the terms of such RVMTP Shares that has been approved by the Board of Trustees and approved by 100% of the Holders of the affected Series of RVMTP Shares in the manner set forth in Section 2.7(a).

  • A designation of a Special Terms Period shall be effective only if (1) notice thereof shall have been given to the Holders of the affected Series of RVMTP Shares in accordance with Section 2.2(h)(ii)Error! Reference source not found.

  • Special Terms means the Section of the Contract entitled “Special Terms” that contains terms specific to this Contract, including but not limited to the Scope of Work and contract payment terms. If there is a conflict between the General Terms for Services Contracts and the Special Terms, the Special Terms shall prevail.

  • Special Terms and Conditions means any attachment hereto entitled, in whole or in part, “Special Terms and Conditions.”

  • Renewal Period “Buyer” and “Default” have the same meanings respectively as they have in the Water Agreement.
