Special Rate Loan Reduction definition

Special Rate Loan Reduction means, as to any Bank as at any date, an amount equal to such Bank’s pro rata (in accordance with the Commitments) share of the aggregate amount of all Special Rate Loans outstanding on such date (giving effect to the payment of any Special Rate Loans to be made on such date).

Related to Special Rate Loan Reduction

  • Fixed Rate Loans means CD Loans or Euro-Dollar Loans or Money Market Loans (excluding Money Market LIBOR Loans bearing interest at the Base Rate pursuant to Section 8.01(a)) or any combination of the foregoing.

  • Eurodollar Revolving Loan means any Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBOR Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Eurodollar Rate Committed Loan means a Committed Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the Eurodollar Rate.

  • Revolving Loan Termination Date means the earlier of (a) the fifth anniversary of the Funding Date and (b) the date of termination in whole of the Aggregate Revolving Loan Commitment pursuant to Section 2.05(a) or Section 9.01 hereof.

  • Eurodollar Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • Eurodollar Rate Loans means any Loans or portion thereof on which interest is payable based on the Adjusted Eurodollar Rate in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • Fixed Rate Loan means a Competitive Loan bearing interest at a Fixed Rate.

  • Eurodollar Revolving Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Revolving Loans.

  • LIBOR Rate Loans means Loans bearing interest at rates determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBOR Rate as provided in subsection 2.2A.

  • Revolving Loan Borrowing means a borrowing of a Revolving Loan.

  • Index Rate Loan means a Loan or portion thereof bearing interest by reference to the Index Rate.

  • Term SOFR Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest based on the Term SOFR Rate.

  • LIBOR Rate Loan means each portion of a Loan that bears interest at a rate determined by reference to the LIBOR Rate.

  • LIBOR Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of LIBOR Loans.

  • ABR Revolving Loan means any Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Alternate Base Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • L/C Borrowing means an extension of credit resulting from a drawing under any Letter of Credit which has not been reimbursed on the date when made or refinanced as a Revolving Credit Borrowing.

  • Eurodollar Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the Eurodollar Rate.

  • Floating Rate Loan means a Loan which bears interest at the Floating Rate.

  • LIBOR Advance means an Advance bearing interest at a rate based upon the LIBOR Rate.

  • Offshore Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest based on the Offshore Rate.

  • Prime Rate Loan means any Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Prime Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Revolving Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(a).

  • Floating Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at the Floating Rate.

  • LIBOR Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at a LIBOR Rate.

  • Extended Revolving Loans has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.23(a).

  • Prime Rate Loans means any Loans or portion thereof on which interest is payable based on the Prime Rate in accordance with the terms thereof.
