Special General Meetings definition

Special General Meetings means all general meetings of the co-operative other than the annual general meeting;

Special General Meetings means every general meeting, other than the annual general meeting and the semi-annual general meeting, is a special general meeting, which, as further defined in Part 3 of these Bylaws;
