Material Event definition

Material Event has the meaning set forth in Section 3(i) hereof.
Material Event or “Material Information” shall mean such event or information as set out in the Schedule or as may be determined in terms of Clause 3 of the Policy. In the Policy, the words, “material” and “materiality” shall be construed accordingly.

Examples of Material Event in a sentence

  • Such report shall include, with respect to such Borrower that was a recipient of such loan, (i) the identity of the Borrower, (ii) a summary of the project(s) for which financing was provided, (iii) the nature of the Material Event at issue, and (iv) a discussion of the Borrower’s compliance with the Credit Eligibility Requirements.

  • The I- Bank may require an Applicant to have a rating re-affirmed if a Material Event has occurred since the last review by the Rating Agency.


More Definitions of Material Event

Material Event means any of the events listed in Section 5(a) of this Disclosure Certificate.
