Material Events definition
Material Events means any of the events listed in Section 3 of this Continuing Disclosure Undertaking.
Material Events or “Material Information” shall mean such events or information as set out in the Annexures or as may be determined in terms of Clause 6 of the Policy. In the Policy, the words, “material” and “materiality” shall be construed accordingly.
Material Events means events as specified in Schedule III to the Listing Regulations and upon the occurrence of which a listed entity shall make disclosures to stock exchange(s) and host such disclosures on the listed entity’s website.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, notice of Material Events described in subsections (a)(8) and (9) need not be given under this subsection any earlier than the notice (if any) of the underlying event is given to the registered owners of affected Bonds pursuant to the Indenture.
More Definitions of Material Events
Material Events means any of the events listed in Section 3 hereof.
