  • Energy Payment The amount that Company will pay Seller for electric energy delivered to Company in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement on a monthly basis as set forth in Attachment J (Company Payments for Energy, Dispatchability and Availability of XXXX) to this Agreement.

  • Payment Rate means the rate (expressed in €/MWh, €/Mvarh or €/MWs2h as appropriate) for the calculation of payments for DS3 System Services as specified in the Charging Statement;

  • Heat input rate means the amount of heat input (in mmBtu) divided by unit operating time (in hours) or, with regard to a specific fuel, the amount of heat input attributed to the fuel (in mmBtu) divided by the unit operating time (in hours) during which the unit combusts the fuel.

  • Final payment rate means the aggregate sum of the two components (the blended base amount and capital costs) that, when added together, form the final dollar value used to calculate each provider’s reimbursement amount when multiplied by the DRG weight.
