Energy Payment definition

Energy Payment. The amount that Company will pay Seller for electric energy delivered to Company in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement on a monthly basis as set forth in Attachment J (Company Payments for Energy, Dispatchability and Availability of XXXX) to this Agreement.
Energy Payment. – means the monthly payment by Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) to the Company for the Net Energy Output delivered by the Project during the relevant month.
Energy Payment bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 13.1(b)(ii);

Examples of Energy Payment in a sentence

  • From and after the Commercial Operations Date, the Purchaser shall, in accordance with the procedures specified in Section 9.7, pay to the Seller, as part of the Energy Payment each Month, the Water Use Payment for the Net Delivered Energy for the Month (or part Month).

  • ZESCO shall pay the Energy Payment to the Seller in respect of the aggregate amount of Net Energy based on the Monthly Generation Forecast (as per Clause 12.1.1) in respect of the Net Energy that was available deemed to be delivered to ZESCO commencing from the Deemed Commercial Operation Date, which output shall be measured in kWh at the end of each month of delay or part thereof thereafter (Deemed Energy Amount”).

  • The Energy Payment to be paid by ZESCO to the Seller shall include, among other components, grid connection charges provided for in the Grid Connection Agreement.

  • SFEPm = Shortfall Energy Payment for the relevant Month; SFEm = Shortfall Energy, computed in the manner provided in Section 9.1(a)(iii) above; REm = Regular Energy for the relevant Month, determined under Section 9.1(a)(i); FTCm = Fixed Tariff Components for the relevant Month, calculated in accordance with Part II of Schedule 1; PCEmaf = the Power Curve Energy corresponding to the Monthly Mean Flow for the relevant Month.

  • The Energy Payment, as calculated and adjusted in accordance with this Agreement shall be invoiced in arrears at the end of each Billing Period and shall be invoiced in United States Dollar.


More Definitions of Energy Payment

Energy Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 4.02(a).
Energy Payment is limited to net billing and means the electricity generated and fed into the electric grid by the customer generator multiplied by the applicable capacity and energy purchase rates, as defined by the terms of the distributed generation interconnection agreement.
Energy Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 13.
Energy Payment shall be the aggregate amount of the Metered Amounts (in MWh) minus Extra Energy (in MWh) for all hours in a month multiplied by each such hour’s applicable Day-Ahead Price (in dollars per MWh) at the applicable PNode.
