Energy Payment definition

Energy Payment. The amount that Company will pay Seller for electric energy delivered to Company in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement on a monthly basis as set forth in Attachment J (Company Payments for Energy, Dispatchability and Availability of ▇▇▇▇) to this Agreement.
Energy Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 4.02(a).
Energy Payment. – means the monthly payment by Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) to the Company for the Net Energy Output delivered by the Project during the relevant month.

More Definitions of Energy Payment

Energy Payment bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 13.1(b)(ii);
Energy Payment is limited to net billing and means the electricity generated and fed into the electric grid by the customer generator multiplied by the applicable capacity and energy purchase rates, as defined by the terms of the distributed generation interconnection agreement.

Energy Payment. The consideration payable by the Purchaser to the Seller for Monthly Energy, determined in accordance with Section 9.1.
