Energy Price definition

Energy Price has the meaning set forth in Section 4.[1/2](a).
Energy Price means the applicable rate for EPi set forth in Schedule 5.1; provided, however, that for any Delivered Energy in excess of one hundred and fifteen percent (115%) of the Annual Expected Energy Quantity in any Contract Year, the Energy Price shall be fifty percent (50%) of such otherwise applicable EPi for such Contract Year.
Energy Price means the price set forth in Section 1.07.

  • The XXX Period Energy Price is set forth in Section 2 of Exhibit D.

  • The CESA Energy Price shall be developed and agreed upon by TCAP, the Energy Manager and the REP and shall include the wholesale energy market transactions as well as Energy Manager’s estimate of any non-fixed charges, including zonal congestion charges, ancillaries service charges, and other charges in connection with MEMBER’S load.

  • As such, TCAP will (i) oversee the Energy Manager, (ii) will direct the Energy Manager to solicit wholesale energy market quotes, (iii) will cause the Energy Manager to transact at the most favorable executable market quotes and (iv) will negotiate and develop the Energy Price in MEMBER’S CESA (the “CESA Energy Price”).

  • For each Day-ahead Settlement Interval during an Operating Day, the Office of the Interconnection shall calculate Spot Market Energy charges for each Market Participant as the difference between the sum of its Market Participant Energy Withdrawals scheduled times the Day-ahead System Energy Price and the sum of its Market Participant Energy Injections scheduled times the Day-ahead System Energy Price.


More Definitions of Energy Price

Energy Price. The Energy Price shall mean the Index Price for each MWh of Delivered Energy delivered to Buyer under this Agreement.
