Cap Rate definition

Cap Rate. With respect to any Calculation Period, the rate set forth for such period in the Schedule of Notional Amounts attached hereto. Floating Rate Payer Period End Dates: The 25th calendar day of each month during the Term of this Transaction, commencing April 25, 2007 and ending on the Termination Date, subject to adjustment in accordance with the Business Day Convention. Floating Rate Payer Payment Dates: Early Payment shall be applicable. One Business Day preceding each Floating Rate Payer Period End Date. Floating Rate Option: USD-LIBOR-BBA, provided, however, that if the Floating Rate determined from such Floating Rate Option for any Calculation Period is greater than 9.00000% then the Floating Rate for such Calculation Period shall be deemed to be 9.00000%.
Cap Rate. For each Calculation Period, as set forth for such period on Schedule I attached hereto. Floating Rate for initial Calculation Period: To be determined Floating Rate Day Count Fraction: Actual/360 Floating Rate Option: USD-LIBOR-BBA, provided, however, if the Floating Rate Option for a Calculation Period is greater than 10.00% then the Floating Rate Option for such Calculation Period shall be deemed equal to 10.00%.
Cap Rate means, for each Mortgaged Property, a capitalization rate reasonably selected by the Lender for use in determining the Valuations, as disclosed to the Borrower from time to time.

More Definitions of Cap Rate

Cap Rate. With respect to the Yield Maintenance Agreement, the rates set forth therefor in Exhibit O. Certificate: Any one of the certificates of any Class executed and authenticated by the Trustee in substantially the forms attached hereto as Exhibits A-1 through A-5.
