SLA Failure definition

SLA Failure means a failure by the Supplier to meet the agreed SLA;
SLA Failure means the failure of supplier to meet its obligations under an SLA.
SLA Failure has the meaning set forth in Section 4.

More Definitions of SLA Failure

SLA Failure means any failure by Scaleflex Technology to attain an SLA in a calendar month that is not caused, directly or indirectly, by a Scaleflex Technology Exclusion.
