Allowed Delay definition

Allowed Delay has the meaning set forth in Section 2(c)(ii).
Allowed Delay has the meaning given it in Section 2(c)(2) of this Agreement.

Examples of Allowed Delay in a sentence

  • Upon expiration of the Allowed Delay, the Company shall again be bound by the first sentence of this Section 3(f) with respect to the information giving rise thereto.

  • The Company shall promptly notify the Holders in writing of the existence of an Allowed Delay and shall advise the Holders in writing to cease all sales under the Registration Statement until the end of the Allowed Delay.

  • Employee hereby warrants and covenants that his employment by the Company does not result in a breach of the terms, conditions or provisions of any agreement to which Employee is subject.

More Definitions of Allowed Delay

Allowed Delay shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2(c).
