SLA Category definition

SLA Category means the category, as set out in the Order, which, in accordance with the table set out at Paragraph 19.2.1, specifies the following in relation to the Service, Site or Circuit:

Examples of SLA Category in a sentence

  • From the Service Start Date, BT will provide the Service with a target availability corresponding to the applicable SLA Category for the Service as set out in the table in Paragraph16.2.1 below (the “ Availability Service Level”).
