Significant Aboriginal Area definition

Significant Aboriginal Area means an area of particular significance to Aboriginal people because of Aboriginal tradition and/or the history of the Traditional Owners. Significant Aboriginal Object means an object of particular significance to Aboriginal people because of Aboriginal tradition and/or the history of the Traditional Owners. TOFOs (Traditional Owners' Field Officers) means the personnel appointed by the Traditional Owners to assist with implementing aspects of the CHMP and more particularly to perform the Field Works.
