Shareholder Directors definition

Shareholder Directors means the Shareholder Nominees, if any, who are elected or appointed to serve as members of the Board in accordance with this Agreement.
Shareholder Directors means the Highbridge Directors and the Athyrium Directors, collectively.
Shareholder Directors shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(d).

  • Managing Director, Shareholder Directors and Public Interest Directors.
