Shared Excess Available Finance Charge Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period as determined on the related Note Transfer Date, with respect to any Series of Notes in Shared Excess Available Finance Charge Collections Group One, the sum of (a) the amount of Series 2019-1 Available Finance Charge Collections with respect to such Monthly Period, available after application in accordance with Section 4.04(a) through (g) and (b) the Finance Charge Collections remaining after all required payments and deposits from all other Series identified as belonging to Shared Excess Available Finance Charge Collections Group One which the applicable Indenture Supplements for such Series specify are to be treated as “Shared Excess Available Finance Charge Collections” with respect to such Monthly Period.
