Settlement Agreement Documents means, collectively, (i) that certain Agreement dated as of May 29, 2012 by and among Estate of Xxxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx executor, The Jaynjean Levy Family Limited Partnership, Xxxxxx X. Xxxx, Xxxxxx X. Xxxx, Principal Borrower and the “Victory Park Parties” party thereto and (ii) the Settlement Agreement (as defined in the Agreement described in the immediately preceding clause (i)).
