Serviços de Subscrição significa as subscrições mediante pagamento com um prazo determinado para determinado escopo de Serviços.

Serviços de Subscrição significam as subscrições remuneradas dos Serviços prestados durante um período definido de tempo, conforme descrito nos Apêndices e especificado em um Formulário de Pedido. “Tributos” significam (i) qualquer tributos, tarifas, impostos, deduções, cobranças, taxas, retenções ou deveres incidentes, seja qual nome tiverem, impostos ou incidentes sobre qualquer transação objeto do presente Acordo, incluindo (mas não se limitando a) (a) tributos incidentes sobre bens e serviços, tributos sobre o valor agregado, tributos sobre vendas, tributos sobre o uso ou consumo, (b) retenção de tributos e (c) impostos especiais de consumo, emolumentos, tarifas aduaneiras e quaisquer outros tributos, tarifas ou sobretaxas (incluindo tarifas ou sobretaxas regulatórias); e (ii) quaisquer juros, penalidades, cobranças, multas, ou taxas bem como quaisquer outros valores de qualquer natureza incidentes, impostos ou cobrados sobre ou relacionados aos tributos e outros valores referidos no item (i) acima; inobstante (em todos os casos) o presente conceito exclui os tributos baseados exclusivamente na receita líquida da Liferay. . “Serviços de Treinamento” significam os cursos de treinamento ministrados pela Liferay, conforme descrito em Apêndice específico e especificado em um Formulário de Pedido.

  • Caso disponível, você poderá adquirir o Suporte à Atualizações Prolongado e/ou o Suporte ao Ciclo de Vida Prolongado, conforme descrito no Subanexo 1.G, para prolongar seus Serviços de Subscrição para determinadas versões do Software.

  • Se você usar o Software e/ou os Serviços fora da Nuvem do Fornecedor, você é obrigado a comprar Serviços de Subscrição em quantidade igual ao número total de Unidades daquele Produto Red Hat (inclusive variantes ou componentes deste) que você implantar, instalar, usar o Software ou executar conforme estabelecido no Anexo 1.
