Serviced Whole Loan Collection Account shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Servicing Agreement or such other analogous term used in the Servicing Agreement.

Examples of Serviced Whole Loan Collection Account in a sentence

  • The creation of any Primary Servicer Serviced Whole Loan Collection Account shall be evidenced by a certification in the form of Exhibit F attached hereto and a copy of such certification shall be furnished to the Master Servicer within three (3) days of the Closing Date and thereafter to the Master Servicer upon any transfer of the Primary Servicer Serviced Whole Loan Collection Account.
