Examples of Serviced Loan Combination in a sentence
If any Serviced Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination becomes a Specially Serviced Loan, the related Mortgaged Property shall be inspected by the Special Servicer as soon as practicable and thereafter at least every calendar year for so long as such condition exists.
The cost of any annual inspection, or bi-annual inspection, as the case may be, shall be borne by the Master Servicer unless the related Serviced Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination is a Specially Serviced Loan.
The Trustee shall not be liable for any of the representations, liabilities or warranties of the Master Servicer or Special Servicer herein or in any related document or agreement, for any acts or omissions of the predecessor Master Servicer or predecessor Special Servicer or for any losses incurred in respect of any Permitted Investment by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 3.07 of this Agreement nor shall the Trustee be required to purchase any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination hereunder.
Any Appraisal prepared in order to determine the Appraisal Reduction Amount with respect to a Serviced Loan Combination shall be delivered by the Special Servicer, upon request, to each related Serviced Companion Loan Holder.
The Master Servicer shall also be entitled pursuant to, and to the extent provided for in Sections 3.06(a)(iii), Section 3.06(A) and Section 3.07(b), to withdraw from the Collection Account and the Loan Combination Custodial Accounts and to receive from any Mortgagor Accounts (to the extent not payable to the related Mortgagor under a Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination or applicable law) any interest or other income earned on deposits therein.
