Serviced Outside Controlled Mortgage Loan. With respect to a Serviced Outside Controlled Loan Combination, the related Serviced Mortgage Loan included in the Trust, which is evidenced by a non-controlling promissory note made by the related Mortgagor. Each Servicing Shift Mortgage Loan will be a Serviced Outside Controlled Mortgage Loan prior to the related Servicing Shift Date.
