Service Improvement Notice definition

Service Improvement Notice means a Service Improvement Notice served by the Customer in accordance with Schedule 8 hereto;
Service Improvement Notice means a service improvement notice served by a Contracting Body in accordance with Schedule 8 of a Call-Off Agreement;
Service Improvement Notice has the meaning given in clause 31.2 (Customer Satisfaction Survey)
