Series O Units definition

Series O Units means in respect of a Fund, the Series O Units of that Fund.

Examples of Series O Units in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise determined by the Manager and notified in writing to the Trustee, there shall be authorized seven series of Units, designated as Series A Units, Series B Units, Series C Units, Series D Units, Series F Units, Series O Units, and Advisor Series Untis with the attributes of each such series identical except that the Manager shall not be entitled to receive a management fee from any Fund with respect to Series O Units.

  • The management fee payable by holders of Series O Units shall be negotiated between the investors and Manager and shall be paid directly by the investor to the Manager.

  • Class A Common Units means the Company's Class A Common Units.

  • Series A Preferred Units has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11(a).

  • Series A Common Stock means the Series A Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.
