Series F Preference Shares definition

Series F Preference Shares means the Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares, Series F in the capital of the Company;

Series F Preference Shares has the meaning given to that term in the Company Charter;

Series F Preference Shares has the meaning specified in the Declaration of Trust.

• If a withholding or deduction at source is required, the Company will, subject to certain limitations and exceptions described below, pay to the holders of the Series F Preference Shares such additional amounts (the “Additional Amounts”) as may be necessary so that every net payment made to such holders, after the withholding or deduction, will not be less than the amount provided for in this Certificate of Designation to be then due and payable.

• The Company will have no obligation to pay dividends for a Dividend Period after the Dividend Payment Date for such period if the Board has not declared such dividend before the related Dividend Payment Date, whether or not dividends are declared for any subsequent Dividend Period with respect to the Series F Preference Shares.

• The amount of dividends payable for the portion of the initial Dividend Period from the Issue Date up to and including August 31, 2018, and for any other period shorter than a full quarterly Dividend Period, on the Series F Preference Shares shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months.
