Series 2022 Project definition

Series 2022 Project means approximately 108.77 acres of District Lands planned for 263 single-family residential units and associated infrastructure and described on Exhibit A attached hereto.
Series 2022 Project means the public infrastructure described on Exhibit A attached hereto benefitting the Series 2022 Assessment Area and referred to therein as "Phase 1" and "Phase 2".
Series 2022 Project means the acquisition and construction finance the construction of a public works facility and all related improvements. “Underwriter” means .

More Definitions of Series 2022 Project

Series 2022 Project means the public infrastructure described in Exhibit A attached hereto benefitting the District Lands.
Series 2022 Project means, for purposes of this Series 2022 Supplemental Resolution, the facilities, equipment and improvements described on Exhibit A.

  • Class B-6 Optimal Principal Amount As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (I) the sum, as to each Outstanding Mortgage Loan, of the product of (x) the Non-PO Fraction with respect to such Mortgage Loan and (y) the sum of:
