Series 2016 Resolution definition

Series 2016 Resolution means the resolution adopted by the Board on August 20, 2015, authorizing the issuance of the Series 2015C Bonds, the Series 2016A Bonds and the Series 2016B Bonds, as such resolution may be amended from time to time.
Series 2016 Resolution means collectively the Issuer's Ordinance No. and Resolution No. , which authorized the Series 2016 Bonds. [ “Series 2016- Term Bonds” means the Series 2016 Bonds scheduled to mature in the year.]
Series 2016 Resolution or “this Resolution” means this Resolution au- thorizing the issuance and sale of the Bonds.
