Sensus definition

Sensus means Sensus USA Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Sensus Spectrum LLC.
Sensus means Sensus Metering Systems, Inc., a corporation organized, existing, and doing business under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Delaware, with its office and principal place of business located at 8609 Six Forks Road, Raleigh,
Sensus means Sensus UK Systems Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales under company number 2621960. “Deliverables” means the Sensus goods and services sold or otherwise provided pursuant to this Agreement (as defined in clause 3). Software licenses are not covered by these Terms and the Customer has no right to use any Sensus software without a written software license signed by Sensus.

Examples of Sensus in a sentence

  • Customer shall produce this file and transmit it to the FTP location designated by Sensus.

  • Accordingly, Sensus disclaims any and all liability resulting from or relating to such events.

  • Although Sensus will use commercially reasonable efforts to take actions Sensus may deem appropriate to mitigate the effects of any such events, Sensus cannot guarantee that such events will not occur.

  • Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that Sensus does not and cannot control the flow of data to or from Sensus’ networks and other portions of the Internet, and that such flow depends in part on the performance of Internet services provided or controlled by third parties, and that at times, actions or inactions of such third parties can impair or disrupt data transmitted through, and/or Customer’s connections to, the Internet or point-to-point data connection (or portions thereof).

  • They are to be interpreted broadly so as to give Sensus the maximum protection permitted under law.

  • Coordinate and schedule any changes submitted by Sensus to the system in accordance with standard configuration and change management procedures.

Related to Sensus

  • Asset Management Plan means a strategic document that states how a group of assets are to be managed over a period of time. The plan describes the characteristics and condition of infrastructure assets, the levels of service expected from them, planned actions to ensure the assets are providing the expected level of service, and financing strategies to implement the planned actions. The plan may use any appropriate format, as long as it includes the information and analysis required to be in a plan as described in Ontario’s Building Together: Guide for Asset Management Plans.

  • Quality Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.3 of Exhibit B to the ITP.

  • Alliance means the Public Service Alliance of Canada;
