Self-Storage Property definition

Self-Storage Property means any real estate upon which the Self-Storage Business is being conducted.
Self-Storage Property means any Property primarily operated as a self-storage facility.
Self-Storage Property. A real property with self-storage rental units (including mixed use property) as to which the majority of the underwritten revenue is from self-storage rental units.

  • Any Real Estate owned or acquired by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries and on which such Person is pursuing construction of one or more buildings for use as a Self-Storage Property and for which construction is proceeding to completion without undue delay from permit denial, construction delays or otherwise, all pursuant to the ordinary course of business of the Borrower or its Subsidiaries.

  • A loan or note, held by the Borrower or a Subsidiary of the Borrower, secured by or serves as a first mortgage on a Self-Storage Property including land properly zoned for the construction of a Self-Storage Property.

  • Land to be developed as a Self-Storage Property with respect to which the commencement of grading, construction of improvements (other than improvements that are not material and are temporary in nature) or infrastructure has not yet commenced and for which no such work is reasonably scheduled to commence within the following twelve (12) months.

  • A loan or note, held by the Borrower or a Subsidiary of the Borrower, secured by a first mortgage on a Self-Storage Property including land properly zoned for the construction of a Self-Storage Property, plans for which are sufficiently complete such that construction is expected to begin within six (6) months.

Related to Self-Storage Property

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Partnership Property means any property, real, personal or mixed, or any interest therein or appurtenant thereto which may be owned or acquired by the Partnership.

  • Condominium Property means the lands, leaseholds, and personal property that are subjected to condominium ownership, whether or not contiguous, and all improvements thereon and all easements and rights appurtenant thereto intended for use in connection with the condominium.

  • Common Property means any and all real and personal property and easements and other interests therein, together with the facilities and improvements located thereon, now or hereafter owned by the Association for the common use and enjoyment of the Owners.

  • College property means any property owned, leased, or controlled by a member college of the Virginia Community College System and the administrative office of the Virginia Community College System.

  • Leasehold condominium means a condominium in which all or a portion of the real estate is subject to a lease the expiration or termination of which will terminate the condominium or reduce its size.

  • Income Property means, in respect of each Sub-Fund, (a) all interest, dividends and other sums deemed by the Trustee, (after consulting the auditors either on a general or case by case basis), to be in the nature of income (including taxation repayments, if any) received or receivable by the Trustee in respect of the Deposited Property of the relevant Sub-Fund (whether in cash or, without limitation, by warrant, cheque, money, credit or otherwise or the proceeds of sale or transfer of any Income Property received in a form other than cash); (b) all interest and other sums received or receivable by the Trustee in respect of (a), (c) or (d) of this definition; (c) all cash payments received or receivable by the Trustee for the account of the relevant Sub-Fund in respect of an Application; and (d) all Cancellation Compensation received by the Trustee for the account of the relevant Sub-Fund; (e) any payments to be received or are receivable by the Trustee under any contractual agreements in the nature of investments for the benefit of the relevant Sub-Fund but excluding (i) the Deposited Property; (ii) any amount for the time being standing to the credit of the distribution account for the account of the relevant Sub-Fund or previously distributed to Unitholders; (iii) gains for the account of the relevant Sub-Fund arising from the realisation of Securities; and (iv) any sums applied towards payment of the fees, costs and expenses payable by the Trust from the Income Property of the relevant Sub-Fund;

  • School property means in or within any building, structure, athletic playing field, playground, parking lot or land contained within the real property boundary line of a public elementary or secondary school, or in or on a school bus, as defined in Vehicle and Traffic Law §142.

  • Release Property has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.

  • Recreational vehicle park means any tract of land used for parking five or more self-contained recreational vehicles and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as part of the park facilities and any tract of land that is subdivided for lease or other contract of the individual lots for the express or implied purpose of placing self-contained recreational vehicles for recreation, vacation, or business purposes.

  • Cell Site means a transmitter/receiver location, operated by a CMRS provider, through which radio links are established between a wireless system and a Wireless Phone Handset.

  • Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.

  • Real Estate-Related Assets means any investments by the Company or the Operating Partnership in Mortgages and Real Estate-Related Securities.

  • Aboveground storage tank shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6901 et seq., as amended, of RCRA, or any applicable state or local statute, law, ordinance, code, rule, regulation, order ruling, or decree governing aboveground storage tanks.
