Examples of Security Performance in a sentence

  • If it is found that a Bidder/Contractor has furnished fraudulent document/information, the Bid Security/ Performance Security shall be forfeited and the party shall be debarred as per the OIL’s Banning Policy dated 6th Jan 2017 available at OIL’s website.

  • In case of the occurrence of Events of Default as mentioned in Clause 9.5 (d), 9.5(e ) 9.5 (f), 9.5(g) and 9.5(h ) , WBMDTCL after taking appropriate action against the MDO, WBMDTCL may terminate the Contract and in case of termination, WBMDTCL shall invoke the Performance Security, Performance Fee Guarantee Additional Performance Security as applicable provided by the MDO.

  • Deviations from or objections or reservations to critical provisions such as those concerning Bid Security/ Performance Security, Warranty, Force Majeure, Applicable Law and Taxes & Duties will be deemed to be a material deviation.

  • Performance Security: Performance Security @ 10% of the total cost of the contract as fixed by the General Manager, I.G.Mint, Mumbai, by D.D./P.O./Bank Guarantee from Scheduled Commercial Bank only will have to be paid by the successful bidder within 21 days of issue of L.O.I. order.

Related to Security Performance

  • Security Period means the period commencing on the date of this Agreement and ending on the date on which the Agent notifies the Borrowers, the Security Parties and the other Creditor Parties that:

  • Index Performance means, in relation to an Index and an Auto-Call Valuation Date or the Valuation Date, as the case may be, a percentage calculated by the Calculation Agent in respect of such date in accordance with the following formula: Index Performance =Final Index Level Γ— 100% Initial Index Level

  • Environmental Performance means all or any of the following: the consumption of energy and associated generation of greenhouse gas emissions; the consumption of water; waste generation and management; and any other environmental impact arising from the use or operation of the Premises or the Estate;

  • Extreme performance coating means coatings designed for harsh exposure or extreme environmental conditions.

  • Safety Obligations means all applicable obligations concerning health and safety (including any duty of care arising at common law, and any obligation arising under statute, statutory instrument or mandatory code of practice) in Great Britain;

  • Security Plan means the Contractor’s security plan prepared pursuant to paragraph 3 of Schedule (Security Requirements & Plan)

  • Energy Performance Score means the numeric rating generated by Portfolio Manager that compares the Energy usage of the building to that of similar buildings.

  • Secured Obligation means an obligation secured by a security interest;

  • Additional Performance Security means the Bank Guarantee to be submitted by Successful Bidder in accordance with Clause 8.7 of this RFP Document

  • Key Performance Indicators or β€œKPIs” means the performance measurements and targets set out in Part 3 of Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Security Breach means the unauthorized acquisition of or access to Customer Data by an unauthorized person that compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of Customer Data, including instances in which internal personnel access systems in excess of their user rights or use systems inappropriately. β€œSecurity Breach” shall also be deemed to include any breach of security, confidentiality, or privacy as defined by any applicable law, rule, regulation, or order.
